ok so i have neglected getting pads checked so now i think my rotors are warped since the car shakes when pushing the brake pedal. Anyone know where a good deal to order rotors and probably pads is?

QUOTE DO NOT get cross drilled and slotted rotors. Your brakes are too small to take away surface area by drilling holes or making slots which actually makes them less efficient. I dont agree with that... (maybe stay away from disks both drilled and slotted but just one of the 2 I dont think takes enough surface away to hurt more then it gains) I've got cross drilled brakes and love them, far better then solid breaks, stopping distance wise and break fade wise. I deff recommend getting cross drilled as long as there a decent brand (no no-name crap) I'm using ceramic pads too and love em (there starting to whare out now but the disks are in great shape.) evenrthing depends on the brands, my disks are brimbos, my pads are raybestes ceramics (sp) QUOTE i think you can get a caliper rebuild kit or something never heard of a caliper rebuild kit.... I dont know if I would trust it though. This post has been edited by creis: Jun 20, 2008 - 2:23 PM -------------------- ![]() |
