Texas Meet in Austin, We can do it this time everyone Options

Ok. So we dont have everyone trying to set this up. Me and Shephen Lee are committing ourselves to try and organize this thing. We have all had some things go bad but i know we can get this together. We are shotting for Austin because that seemed to be a agreeable place to go. We all like the idea of Austin/Marble Falls Area Hill country. Here is what we have in mind:

Meet place: http://www.simon.com/mall/tenant_details.a...7&TID=61963 This is a bar Called Pluckers. From the info ive got from them, they are outside the mall and have a good sized parking lot. They are also open 11am till 2am. But either way, we can all pin point ourselves here and grab some food while we wait and meet and greet. After everyone makes it and eats, drinks, meets, and what have you, we can head for the Hill Country. (Side Question: How many people know that area of this Hill Coutnry, how to get there, and can we get a map or something so people can get an idea of the area, the road itself, what major roads it connects with and how to get to them? We need something like this so people that are not from the area or dont know the area wont get lost and blow a lot of gas trying to find their way out or back home.)

Time: Everyone agreed with 3pm on the old meet and i think we should keep this time. This makes sure that everyone that is going to come, will be able to get their in time to meet great and ride. Anyone who wants to get their earlier can, but for the big meet we plan to be at Pluckers at 3pm.

When: July 12th. Most can agree on this date. And we just need to state a date.

12pm is a much better time for us to meet up & the cruise route looks like a lot of fun w/pretty scenery.

i'm waiting on getting my 205 front rotors & spacers back from the machine shop - should be done Monday, so i'm trying my best to get the Alltrac ready in plenty of time.

i asked my other Alltrac friend in the area & he & a couple other guys are going to try to make it, but i wouldn't say any of them are 100% going to be able to make it down.
again i can't stress how much Alltracs/3sgtes love to break down/screw up before meets
i'll check back with them well in advance & let everyone here know if they can for sure make it.

worse case scenario if we can't get the Alltrac ready in time we'll be in the AW11 w/4agze swap or as a last resort my Camry w/5sfe.
in other words, unless something unforeseeable comes up we're going to make it
