Okay, I know, I am an idiot. We changed out my struts, can now I can't remember if it was the shorter ones or the longer ones that are the front struts. Do you know? Are the rear the shorter ones? I think I remembered that. Because the springs were longer for the front. Go ahead, laugh or flame me. I just want to know as soon as possible, thanks.

The rear struts have a smaller diameter where the spring sits. The front ones are larger. Also, on the rear strut (if i remember correctly) there is a dent on the bottom of where the springs sits. Looks like it is to prevent the tire from rubbing on the strut. As for the springs, when I did my car the shorter fatter springs went up front. The skinnier longer ones went in the rear. -------------------- ![]() |
