Kinda stupid question, I just bought a sub and amp off a friend. Its a single 12" Sony Xplod in a single carpeted box and a Sony amp attatched to it. What I was wondering is how to keep it from moving around while driving. Im pretty new to this so I have no idea, do I somehow bolt the box to the cardboard on top of the spare tire. Any thoughts? thanks

K i used some velcro strips, it did the trick ![]() It is a 12" Sony Xplod 1200Watt sub and an 800Watt Sony Xplod Amp. Im using an install kit from best buy. scratchy or distorted. Depending on the type of bass you'll want depends on the frequency range your gonna set it at. And depends on the limitations of the sub. I say buy a Bass mechanic cd and they have frequency levels on their cd where you can adjust it by ear to play the frequencies you want. Glad the velcro is working out for ya. |
