Got this car a couple months ago, it's my first so don't hate on the ****ty rims.
 It's a '97 but only has 67k miles on it, and everything is more or less in pretty good condition.  EDIT: updated shot with the letters removed...

the 8th unit from the back of the vin# is the year code.... that should solve the year issue..... y is 2000 so go back in the alphabet
