Is this possible? If so what issues might i run into when doing the conversion?

Isn't there a wheel speed sensor associated to the brakes though? I'm not sure if they just go on the front wheels on ABS equipped cars or on all 4, but that's something to take into consideration. I'm sure you can remove the sensors from the rears, just keep in mind they might be there
