hey i'm getting my body kit molded to my car and other body work is being done at the same time, its going to be painted a custom deep blue.
My question to you guys is should i get the interior trim peices painted the same color (blue) or a diffrent contreasting color. And i am going to need some wider wheels does anybody know where i can get atleast some 17 x 8.5 wheels |

You don't live where I live, there was a MkIV Supra(red) with a white body kit for 6 months, there's a Del Sol with a white kit...
Sure I'd rather get the whole thing done at once, but not everyone has the budget for that. I just don't have the money management skills to have 1200 all at once(House of Kolors Pearl Black+all primers/bases/clear/reducer..., VIS sides). Besides, the whole car will be primer(fixing all dings while we're at it). AND it's a BLACK primer, not white. Not to mention the time contraints when you only have one car and are doing most of the work yourself(or with friends). I'm willing to be seen without a nice paint job for a month or two to avoid paying a shop 3k or so for the same thing I'm getting for 1000(paint/putting bodykit on/pulling dents). Have you ever talked to the people who have unfinished stuff? Most of them are do-it-yourself type people who are just in the sport to have fun(sure, there's the occasional dumbass that thinks he's cool having a white bodykit, but you have that type in any crowd). |
