Hi guys, I'm installing a header and as Iw as checking my engine bay, the nuts thats connecting the manifold to the engine, seems really rusty. I'm thinking of just replacing it as I should anyways. I was wondering what is the size of the nuts and where could I pick one up? should I just go to a home depot or buy it off from a toyota dealer?

I just used penetrating lube and a hammer and torque gun and it got me through fine without breaking anything.
I also got the 2x15 one and no its not really enough. Best you will be able to do is cut into 2 pieces and wrap it the way i did. ![]() Oh and don't forget the steel zipties. |
