Hello fellow Celica fans
I've just acquired a nice metallic blue 1994 GT which needs a bit of cosmetic tlc to bring her back to full glory. What sold me was the fact it was a Jap import with the GT-4 engine (minus the turbo) which sounds glorious at 5500 rpm  Anyway do any of you have any performance figures for this particular model? I've heard 178bhp 0-60 in 7.9secs to 183bhp 0-60 in 7 haven't had the chance to check these things physically but would be interesting to know. Anyway look forward to spending many hours trawling this forum getting my car up to a nice standard, so hi

Hey mate, Re: the shifter, I had the same thing with mine so I unscrewed it off and just folded up a piece of paper into a little thick square and jammed it down the bottom then screwed the knob back on tight, did the job perfect.
