The interviewer does call it a Lexus Jeep. In the UK, people tend to use the term range rover or jeep as a generic term for for four wheel drives - much as one might say Hoover instead of vacuum cleaner. The interviewer may also have used the term generically to tie the piece in with the clip from the eyewitness, who also says Jeep.
