need pointers in Fiberglass and Welding., I need to learn Options

For welding, any good websites. Im planning on buying those torches from home depot that are refillable and stuff, does not seem like a tough thing to do.

Im doing a seat swap for my celi


But Fiberglass, where can i get supplies, tips and tricks. I need to fix my new trd bumper. I dont want to take it to a chop shop, i want to learn.

Any ideas pointers, and websites are helpful

and to get welding equipment:
the best equipment is gonna come from a welding supply store and costs a pretty penny. My welding gloves cost 50 bucks a pair, but they keep my hands cool and have enough dexterity to allow me to tig weld.
to get cheap equipment goto any hardware store or harbor freight tools. the welder i have in my garage is from harbor freight and cost 100 bucks(not including wire) and works for almost any project i can do at home.... except for a... well you dont need to know about the project i f'd up hehehe

just to give you a comparison.. the welder i learned how to weld on, about the quality you would see in a top welding shop, cost about 4 grand and was extremely nice! I
