Since they don't include a projector with a lens designed for an HID bulb, I'd be very wary. The price is pretty cheap, which is possible if poor quality parts are used. Sort of the old "Cheap. Fast. Reliable. -- pick two" truism. You'd still need to get a set of projectors, clear lenses, and mountings (if you didn't get Celica projectors).

Considering that from looking that your HID kits are about US$150 give or take. Thanks for that insight and also to SoDo.
