 need help with climate control unit, bought some LED's but not sure about resistors? |

any help would be great. bought some white and blue 3mm 5000mcd LED's to swap into the climate control and i need to know if i need some resistors.. Not sure but i do have some 1/4W 510ohm resistors around too. any help would be awesome!
