 idle adjust, idle has a mind of it's own |

Hello I am glad I found this forum but I was wondering if anyone has this situation where after freeway miles the idle will go up to 1200 or 1500 then back down to 800 then back up and it only occurs at temp. Thanks in advance. I am new to Toyota but picked up a Celica convert. 97. Now it's my daily driver.
