Anybody got this as well?

My (100% standard) 96 Celica makes a rubbing noise from front wheel well (not sure left or right or both) when it's in full lock, like in doing U-turns.
I've checked the tires but they are not rubbing against anything (well....nothing that I know of)

Yeah, on further check I found out that the plastic wheel well liner (on the right side) is slightly bowed. Also the same case on the plastic tray underneath front bumper. (Bad manufacturing?)

Thank's for the advice, AudioFreak.

Anyway, if anybody has the same problem but different cause, please tell me about it. Might be better to check really thoroughly for the cause.
