You have to decide if you want regular or synthetic.
For regular I use 10w30 Castrol. For synthetic I use 10w30 Mobil 1. I found the 5w30s to be a little bit too thin of an oil for the 3s, in terms of oil pressure and valve noise. 10w30 seems to work the best for me. As far as anything better then that, you are just wasting money on marketing and gimmicks. As long as you change your oil ever 3,000 miles, almost any brand will due. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
