for those of you who don't know, i blew 2nd gear out of the s54 a while ago. just got around to taking the engine out of the bay and getting ready to swap it in the mr2 now.
so i figured id post pics of the carnage.  once i pulled the axles i knew is wasn't going to be good. metal pure' in there.  Mmm best angle i could get.  I'm all grown up look at all the teeth i lost! and because this is my first set of real wheels.

I love the celica. its my first love, but like all relationships its time to move on. The mr2 understands my needs and desires, and isn't afraid to get a little freaky  The celica was a nice trophy car but all she did was spin tire when I wanted to go fast, she was getting a bit loose also in the suspension area. -------------------- |
