 Steering Wheel Shaking, What do you guys think? |

Around 60 mph and up i start getting some wheel shaking. Its pretty noticable too. i was thinking Alignment or Suspention. What do you guys think?

Can warped rotors cause this as well? I'm not sure if mine are warped (never had them checked), but I've had my tires rebalanced, picked up hub center rings and I still get the shakes at 100 km/h or above.
