Okay, so i installed an AFR gauge this weekend, and everything seemed to be in working order. Until i got on the road for work this morning. After my engine warms a bit, I fall lean during idle (red light); and WAY lean when i begin driving (green light), after a second or two (not sure yet if it's related to RPM or speed) it'll return back to stoich, and stay there until i come to a COMPLETE stop and will gradually dip back down to lean. kindasad.gif at the worst of it, it sits about 2 points into lean.

WTF could be the reason for that?

Could be - how did you splice [hopefully not] into the sensor itself? Hopefully you did it like I showed you and just added the wire loop around the correct terminal in the harness to sensor connector. From the sound of your readings you did indeed choose the correct wire from the sensor. Maybe your loop is also touching the other wire soemhow? IDK. If it's working right now don't mess with it I say.

Its a safety feature so that people like you don't end up killing themselves or everyone around them.
Slow down Paul Walker.

no, i didn't splice into it rolleyes.gif there was room enough in the back of the harness to plug in a small wire, And fit into the plug inside the harness.

Right on and is everything working fine right now? If not - stop by my work after work and we'll get it figured out [I have zero tools in the car today which feels weird]
