another intake idea, has anyone tried this?, sounds plausible or not? Options

heres an idea.. first get an sri with heatshield

second, buy one of these off ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Toyota-Supe...sspagenameZWDVW

then route the tubing so that it goes from the fender area and the tube ends up facing towards the filter.

that would ensure cold air gets to the sri with about 2psi right? but without forcing air into your engine.

would this work?

i understand that it doesnt work, i merely wanted it to blow colder air up, but since the air pressure generated from just driving is more than 2-3psi, then theres no point

i was just wondering if there was a good way to get colder air higher into the intake area, but this idea is dismissed now -_-;

True, sir. This idea was a dud. But it was a good attempt at pioneering something. It's that entrapanuer spirit that has allowed us to advance so far, Good Job Keep those gears working, you may come up with something awesome!
