1) its a good rule of thumb
![]() 2) cheaper ones are made with cheaper materials and the compound will break down faster. Really don't matter much, Because you'll have to refill it again in a few years. It'd be a few month difference at best. I go for the attractive can. $9 bottles of water are WAY better than $1 bottles.
