 Engine bay and rocker panel weirdness |

I got one of these under each door...This normal ?
 Another weird deal..i see drilled holes with no bolts..Are my fenders in their correct place or am i misssing something in the engine bay ?

Yes im talking about that lil guard deal on the door, I was wondering if that is an oem thing..? or if i got some skirts for my would they hide it..?
and on the fender it lines up with the door and bumper but there are holes right next to where the fender has a bolt so why would that be there ? maybe im missing a weatherstripping piece or something ? -------------------- |
