Problem 1: If you are looking at your fuel filter from the top view, do you turn the wrench to the right or the left. I've done this before in my camry dont know if theres a difference but. The reason why i say right because if you are looking at it from the bottom side, lefty loosey is going to the left, which is towards the right if you are looking at it from the top.

Problem 2: By the way, I slightly rounded my fuel line nut on the bottom side, what can I do with it now. It is a pain to even have it removed.

Problem 3: Now I have a purolator filter which I read from the old threads is not a good fit.

Whats all this about flaring reflaring, wouldn't that shorten the line and not make it reach the filter anymore?

Griff - i believe its clockwise because if you are looking down on it, you must turn it clockwise. If you are looking from under the nut it is counter clockwise, can someone confirm?
