Hi guys/Gals...
Am facing a problem:( I had an engine swap, from in my 2000 model Rav4 which i fitted with a GT4 ST205 engine. Am getting a low turbo boost:( My turbo is not boosting more than 0.4 bar:( Do u think its because i havent changed the rear diff? Am still running with my 1AZ-FSE rear diff. but can a rear diff reduce the turbo boost?? plz help and thnx again bros:) |

Have you checked for error codes - the code 54 is the level sensor and will put the engine in limp mode.

Have you checked for error codes - the code 54 is the level sensor and will put the engine in limp mode. yep codes cured...check engine light is off, and ecu is happy:) but am still unhappy:( Are you still using ur W2A setup? If not and you havent ground the pink wire then you're running in safe-boost mode, which is around 5psi I think. You'll need to ground that wire so that the ECU thinks that the pump is still working, thus allowing you to run full boost mode. yes bro still w2a set up. i will change the rear diff on wednesday and check the wastegate. i will also change the fuel pump... |
