 JDM Pwr Mirror Angles..., Having trouble with angles |

Has any one had the JDM power folding mirrors and their angles are way off? My driver's side is at the furthest right and I can see most. My passenger's side is furthest left and I need it to go a little more.
Anyone know how to change the angle of the mount? or know they is happening when it was for this car in the first place? I did recieve the mount brackets when I purchased the mirrors, but did not use them since they were identicle. no washers needed, all you need to do is shave a little bump in the mirror base, that is like a plug. and then it fits... its like a little sticking out...
