OK this night is horrible. someone hit my car. backed into it. it is f**ked. I dont know what to do, i cant match the paint i cant sell for a decent price to get soemthing better im totally lost i am just completely lost. Right now i dont even know what im asking for in this thread. i just need insight or something idk

I have to agree. Unless he actually starts coughing up money for the damages that he caused, then he's not really a friend is he? You shouldn't even have to "split" it with him, Fcuk that; he was driving and ramed into another car. What if that was a cop-car he ramed? He'd be screwed. Or what if that was a little Altima with my wife & daughter in the car? Oh he'd be fcuked.
 What if that was a kid crossing the street that he ramed? He'd be facing many years in prison for it.I'm just saying that he's lucky that he hit you, and that you're nice enough to give him the opportunity to pay for the damages. He should be GREATFUL that no one was in the car and injured. He should also be greatful you didn't whoop his ass on the spot, and called insurance right away.
