Did some searching.
I Have a stock 7AFE aside from the intake upgrade, plan on headers and full exhaust soon. My GF has a spare SAFC II she said shed give me, so I was gonna toss it in here, I was just wondering some stuff I didnt find in searching. I know it wont be much at all, but can I feel or get for this matter, any gains at all?? Will it be more significant if I toss in a wideband? How difficult is it to tune with one on this almost stock motor? Thanks guys, really appreciate the assistance. |

the safc is good enough for a mild 7a. I WILL RECOMMEND a wideband so you know what you are doing. Have a look at the PLX or AEM UEGO.
Once you have plumbed in the wideband, you should tune the car to run around 15afr on low / part throttle and around 13 or 14 on full throttle..if you are not going turbo. For turbo i recommend 12's on WOT. J |
