Hey guys, was wondering if you could help me out.

Right now I have a JDM 3vz installed with a MT ECU. 93 Turbo stock exhaust. No mods except for ebay intake right now.

The first time I got it inspected I had the ACIS mod on and with the 15yr old stock catalytic converter. So I failed the first 2 run, so I assume it could be the ACIS mod and the catalytic converter being so old.

First results:
High Speed Emission Results (25mph)
.................Standard Current Reading Result
HC (ppm):......120..............15...........Pass
CO (%):.........0.67...........0.01...........Pass
NOX (ppm):.....818...........1144.........Failed
Dilution (%):....>6.0.........14.5..........Pass

Low Speed Emission Results (15mph)
.................Standard Current Reading Result
HC (ppm):......124..............22...........Pass
CO (%):.........0.69...........0.01...........Pass
NOX (ppm):.....818...........1752.........Failed
Dilution (%):....>6.0.........14.4..........Pass

So I upgrade it with a brand new catalytic converter for a 93 Camry app, then I took the ACIS mod off, and fueled it up at Shell with 93 octane.

Car idle at exactly 700rpm. Everything looks perfect, no fume smell present anywhere. I heard of Rxp and had to try it since it wouldn't seem to hurt. I heard a lot of good reviews for it.

I drove the car for about 30min to warm it up and to let Rxp do it's job.
So took again this morning with only 15mi on the new catalytic converter, after 15min of waiting. I failed... They suggest that I drive it some more and come back since the catalytic converter was still new.

Drove for another 60mi going no where and came back to test it and failed with the same results. wtf!?!?

Second results:
High Speed Emission Results (25mph)
.................Standard Current Reading Result
HC (ppm):......127..............10...........Pass
CO (%):.........0.71...........0.01...........Pass
NOX (ppm):.....910...........1559.........Failed
Dilution (%):....>6.0.........14.2..........Pass

Low Speed Emission Results (15mph)
.................Standard Current Reading Result
HC (ppm):......132..............19...........Pass
CO (%):.........0.73...........0.01...........Pass
NOX (ppm):.....1006...........1726.........Failed
Dilution (%):....>6.0.........14.3..........Pass

Here is a quick snap of the engine just 5mins ago.

So what do you guys think could be wrong?
