 Alarm Problem, removing alarm |

i have a 97 gt with an alarm that i believe came with the car. the alarm does not work and just kills my battery
leaving me to disconnect my battery everytime i park the car. i need to know if there is a way to remove it. and if there is maybe a fuse that i can take out for it that would help. please help |

It would be helpful to know what kind of alarm it is... the box should be located under your driver's seat.

If it's OEM you can take it to the dealer and they'll usually deactivate it for free or call them and they'll walk you through the procedure.
