 Mechanic fudged up my paint, Warning: RANT |

So i get my car back after getting some seals replaced, I look at the passenger side and i see a shiz load of water marks around the rear wheel well. So i dont think much of it.....till i have to wash my car durin the weekend. Motha suckas dont come off!!!
 I dont know what happened, I know the mechanic used chemicals to wash my engine but not sure if the excess was somehow sprayed on my wheel well. And i cant have him pay for it cuz it was all done under the table, no proof of anything. After he gets  .....what should i do to fix this problem  I tried waxing, buffed tha hell outta it. the things wont go away. If u guys tried anything or had the same problem corrected, please let me know  Thanx Guys!!

try askin him what he used. it might give u a better idea to how to get it off. One time i was washing my moms suburban, and somehow my hand left a huge imprint on the car, i'll never know wat it was but it hasnt come off yet, and its been 2-3 years
