Goin on the kit car thing and a lil off topic....kaizo, the brand the car is registered under, sells just unibodies. Technically its a nissan skyline...legally its a "kit car". So in light of this....couldn't we do this with a gt-four unibody and do the same thing??? The laws that keep us from making a gt-four legal don't really apply to kit cars.
Im thinking that this could be viable, but probably pricey, option to getting an actual gt four under the SMOG radar!! I just shot them an email about getting other bodies DOT approved...more importantly, a gt-four unibody! I'll let you guys know what they say... |
