Roll Cage, can it be done? Options

guys I was in a bad accident with a friend of mine a few weeks ago and am still recovering. He had a small subaru and it got killed being t-boned only at 30 mph. so I want to install more protection for myself in my 96 celica gt by adding reinforcement cage inside. can it be done???

Okay, this old lady put her hood to my drivers side rear wheel at about 45 MPH, i spun arround about 2 full 360's before hitting a brick wall. I was ajared into the street so i started to drive into the grass off the road when the air bag deployed.

Now:

Owned is the part where this 90 year old lady (who had hit ME mind you) ran down the street, stopped, turned around ran back to her car, Hoped in a burnt out. Meanwhile i'm fighting with a air bag and choking over this freak anthrax or w/e is in that air bag and falling out of the car with a busted nose and lip, bleading all over the place, coughing and spitting blood and white crap... and that old lady fcuking RAN!! meanwhile i look like one of the Olson twins with white powder all over my face with a bloody nose, dizzy and disorentated wandering arround in the street trying to figure out what the hell just happened...

That sir, is the definition of OWNED...
