hey was up peeps. i need to replace my radiator because its cracked. my dad said i have to bleed it before it over heats. can someone help me

idle it with the cap off and the heat on low till its at full temperature, let it keep idling till the thermostat opens, let it keep idling till the fan comes on.
as it idles, add coolant to the radiator as needed. once the fan has come on and gone off put the cap on, let it idle till the fan comes on and goes back off a couple more times. make sure to fill the resivoir up as well. turn it off, let it cool down overnight. add to the resivoir as needed. take it for a spin, check the coolant level in the bottle, make sure the heat still works, should be good to go. -------------------- |
