Yeah, so I've been on this site for around two years now learning what I can from others builds and I think it's about time me to start mine. It's going to go fairly slow since I'm a freshman in college at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida. I'm far away from home and pretty broke, but we'll see what I can do!
Alright, so originally I was planning on buying Alan's entire setup and 3sgte, however, I'm financially unable to so what I've decided to do is to begin piecing together a turbo kit for my stock 5sfe. I began this morning by buying my intercooler piping... ![]() It's just the Ebay 2.25 CXRacing Piping kit. $109 I already have my intercooler that I'm getting from a friend... ![]() It's a Godspeed 24x12x3. $100 Now I'm debating on what type of 3sgte manifold I want, pretty sure tubular and what turbo I want, however, I'm pretty sure I want an external wastegate. I'd stick with OEM 3sgte manifold. Most tubular crack as we've all seen. As well as the oem can support a lot of hp.
