My friend gave me a 12" Type-R that had the rubber surround blow from the cone. Is it possible to fix this with some kind of adhesive to get it back on and working again? Here is a picture:

you could try a CA glue or something like that it sould hole if you can give it presure i would just take it easy on the sub for a lil while to make sure that it will hold good and dont give the woofer to much power those type r's really dont want more than 500 watts

What exactly is CA glue? I wanted to see if standard super glue could work first.

And I won't be powering it up in my car for awhile, I just wanted to see what I could do to get it fixed.
