My friend gave me a 12" Type-R that had the rubber surround blow from the cone. Is it possible to fix this with some kind of adhesive to get it back on and working again? Here is a picture:

There's a fabric glue you can get at Michael's or a craft place called Tacky glue - it would be perfect for this because it will retain a little bit of flex. Basically it's like Elmer's glue but WAY stronger and with that little bit of flex.
