OK, I've checked the search, but cant find anything like the problem I have (or maybe I didnt type in the right words). Anyways all this started to happen recently. The problem lies with my right rear speaker, at first it used to just "sort of" cut in and out (that lasted a few days), then (and still...) it totally cuts out when I press on the brakes, then comes back on when I press on the go fast pedal. During the times inbetween those two events it cuts in and out (sometimes being more in that out). Ok, so I thought that maybe my connections were bad, checked them and they appear to be fine. So now Im at a loss as to what would cause them to go out when I brake and go on when i give it some gas. Any ideas?

well the easy way to tell whats going on is to do a few test just to eleminate a few things that could be wrong with it, first i would take a meter to the speaker inputs and see what it say's it should be right around 4ohms or a little lower, if that seems fine i would take a tone generator and see if the speaker is playing fine which it should be but that just makes sure, next would be to eliminate the speaker wire as the prob, you could take the radio out and try a new wire direct to the speaker and see if that doesnt work, other than that the speaker could be grounding its self out when the car moves but i dont see that as a giant posibility
