 Axle help |

First off yes i did search but could need find concreate answers on everything. I learned today that my front right cv boot has been torn for probably awhile. Tirekingdom quoated me 199.00 for the axle. (i was already in there about a tire). I am going to my mechanic to get it done. My question is what should i excpect as far as pricing? The Right front axle and cv boot needs to be replaced.

Yep theirs a thread on this if they searched, I know I was the one who made that thread lol don't bring it to the toyota dealer when I got their they though my car was a integra.....yaj.....they CANNOT press the bearing out for you either they will only recommend a brand new OEM axel for $400. Edit: Remans do not come with the bearing so you will have to find a shop that does axel rebuilds to do it for you.
