Okay. It's late. 2:30 am..

I just went to the gas station for a pack of smokes. When I was getting
out of my car, I hear what sounded like an import pulling into the parking
lot.

I look and see this local hillbilly dude in his Ford Contour. He threw on some
performance, honda-esque muffler, took the hubcaps off his wheels, sprayed
them black, and put some racing stickers in his rear windows.

I'm anything but a "car bully"...but are these people for real? I would feel
like the biggest ass driving around in a fraudulent "street racer"...

The only thing he was missing was the cardboard body kit.

I seriously laughed out loud in the parking lot. It's insulting to those of us
who spend every day under our hoods and in our cars.

I think some of it might be for irony too.

My buddy has a dodge shadow daily driver and every time he finds some cheap-ass ricer esque part he adds it to his car. Its pretty funny to see him roll around in that thing. Its pretty hilarious how many people think he's serious about that car
