hey 6gc members i been searching the site all day about how to replace the right side axle and i could not find the info i needed so if someone could help me out it would be a blessing thank you for your time

just to clear things up for me no matter what i have to drain the tranny right jayson Yes no matter what because once you get the axle out (its connected to the tranny) fluid would spill out its better to drain it oh and don't forget to get a new axle seal you will also need to get the carrier bracket pressed off and put onto the new axle. -------------------- "To Protect And To Serve The Wealthy" -POLICE

you will also need to get the carrier bracket pressed off and put onto the new axle. no you don't. The bearing is sealed in a bracket, you remove one the 2 bolts and bearing/bracket assembly unbolts from a seperate bracket, it's easy. -------------------- |
