 What does this mean?, Odd Looking Spark Plugs ? |

 The Plugs are in Order from Cylinder 1 to 4, the last one covered in Oil is Cylinder 4, Does that mean one of the seals for the spark plug tubes is leaking? |

leaky tube seal, replace the valve cover gasket as well (duh).
also, replace the plug wires, the one that was soaked in oil will be very spongy and at some point is going to start arcing out and cause a misfire. -------------------- |
