ok so i was going to my buddies house and the car died while in motion. pulled out the spark plug tester and i'm getting no spark. i'm curious how do you check if the timing belt snapped? also how would i know if it was my dizzy?

ok the rotor is not spinning... so its safe to say that its my timing belt right? i've never done a timing belt before but i found a guide online for the 5s. how long would it take to replace it normally?
its for a mr2 but since it is the same engine i'd figure it would be the same. i'm going to take a crack at it this weekend. anyone got any tips for me? http://www.baktasht.com/_html/hosted/timingbelt.html |
