Since my front bumper is horrible, I'll be buying a post facelift bumper for my 95'. Now, is the bumper straight plug-and-play fitment wise? Second, concerning the fog lights, does the bumper come with the brackets for the fog lights, or will I have to get some when I put the bumper on?

That's funny all the 95's are doing the same thing, lol.
Yeah I'm doing the face lift too! here is a break down on my cost (CAN) brand new front bumper cover = 250 brand new clear turn signals + sides = 75 used fog lights = 50 new fog light brackets = 65 fog wiring and switch = 20 paint and installation = pending I work for Toyota so these new parts are well discounted! lol. If you guys get the face lift bumper remember you need to get the new turns signals too. The pre-face lift turn signals well not fit on the new bumper. Also if you going to get a new new bumper, you have to used your old brackets that help attach the bumper to the fender.
