hey
how do i change this stupid bulb?? I can get it out  Any good ideas ? Bulb pic

stick pencil erasers or something rubber on the end of the pliers so you can grip it w/out slipping but not so hard that you crush the bulb. Or tiny fingers w/a latex glove on so the bulb doesn't just keep slipping.
