Okay, this may sound random but bear with me.
So I've been thinking a lot about how there's threads and stuff about people wrapping parts in carbon fibre and its got me to thinking.... I want to make a carbon fibre shirt. Like a long sleeve dress shirt. Now don't start hating on me, because this is NOT a well thought out idea. It just came to my brain and I thought it was a really cool idea. So theoretically: How much do you think it would cost? How the hell do you think I could wash it? Do you think it will ever get dirty? Do you think it would look awesome? -------------------- ![]() (\__/) (='.'=) This is bunny. Copy and paste bunny into your (")_(") signature to help him gain world domination. |

Hahaha I think I'm going to go ahead with the Tie idea, especially since it doesn't ever need to be washed really, and its alright if its a little stiff. The only problem is, what the hell could I coat it in so it doesn't fray but still maintains some flexibility.
I think that is moot for now though, until I can figure out a design and find the CF I want... that won't cost me $200 a yard. ($200 for a experiment that might not even yield any results is a bit too much) -------------------- ![]() (\__/) (='.'=) This is bunny.
