 Reverse glow gauges, question about them |

So I'm looking at getting some gauges, and I like the ones on Procarparts.com but have a question about them. When they glow I see the whole center lights up very brightly, are there any of the same design that don't do this? I love everything about these gauges except the glowing center.

if you put it a rest the result will not be accurate
(i did it this way at first but my rpm were showing about 1000 rpm more than normally0 i think its because when the idle is at rest(when the car is off), the neddle 'sit' on a little pin --------------------  |
