 Exhaust or no Exhaust?, does an exhaust system mess with your computer? |

Ok so my step dad told me that i shouldn't get any exhaust parts for my car. That it would mess with my computer, and wouldn't help with fuel economy at all. is this true? i was planning on getting some headers a high flow cat and a magna flow resonator and combine it all together with 2.25 piping. Do you guys thinks this is a bad idea?

Sounds like the perfect setup - no it wont mess with the computer if you get the cat and locate your o2 sensors on either side like stock. What motor do you have [DUH EDIT: 7A-FE right? - 2.25 is perfect]?
