 Reverse glow gauges, question about them |

So I'm looking at getting some gauges, and I like the ones on Procarparts.com but have a question about them. When they glow I see the whole center lights up very brightly, are there any of the same design that don't do this? I love everything about these gauges except the glowing center.

I painted my needles red too, I absolutely love how they came out.
And yeah, if they're super stiff I guess you'd have to, but w/ones like procarparts overlays, you don't have to remove the needles. As for the overlays on the little outter triangles, I wound up taking mine off, it bugged me that they didn't line up perfectly, plus the left one covered my cruise control indicator. --------------------  |
