Have any of you guys ever asked a waitress out? And if so, how did you do it? And how did you tell that she was genuinely interested in you instead of your tip?

I would just straight up ask her. If she says it's against her work policy then ask what time her shift is over. Be there when she gets off work and ask again. She'll appreciate that.
