Will the Gang's Jail body kit fit on a 95 gt hatch?

I was just at a pizza place a few weeks ago when I spotted a 6gc as I arrived. It was red and I didn't think much of it (since most Celicas I see aren't fixed up, or the owners don't care to fix up their cars). But I look at the rear of it, and it had a Gang Jails rear bumper complete with the license plate insert replacement. I was really surprised by this because of it's rarity. I don't think he was too into his Celica though because it seemed like the only mod he had on it was the rear bumper. I'm not sure if he saw my Celica parked right next to it, he seemed like in a rush to leave, so I didn't bother to speak with him about it. And I was kinda hungry and wanted to eat
